  If you don’t buy the phone there, they refuse to help you. They are a Sprint store and won’t even help a Sprint customer get their new phone activated that came directly from Sprint. This is the second time they’ve refused to help with a Sprint account situation using the lie that they are not a Sprint store and can’t help you. They refer you to a Sprint “corporate” store who will tell you they flat out lie about being able to help you.

  Staff was friendly and answered all my questions to the point that I converted from an iPhone to an Android. One week later, my wife and daughter followed suit working with the exact same guys I did. Great experience!
